Firstleaf Pricing
Firstleaf Wine Club offers an easy-to-customize membership plan. New members can start with 6 wines for an introductory cost of $39.95 (original price: $131.00) plus tax with shipping included for free. Each future club shipment of 6 wines costs $79.98 plus tax and $9.95 for shipping. After the introductory box, the monthly fee will be $89.94 plus monthly shipping and tax. The monthly delivery includes six bottles of wine, pairing and tasting cards, and the club’s newsletter. You can always change the number of bottles and the shipping frequency.

At Firstleaf.club, payment methods can be updated by following these steps:

- Click on Payment Methods on the left-hand side.
- Here, a new card can be added, an existing card can be edited, or a card can be deleted from the account.

To open an account on Firstleaf.club, follow these steps:
- Visit the Firstleaf.club website.
- Take the quiz available on the website. This helps in creating a personalized wine profile.
- After completing the quiz, sign up for the special introductory offer.
- Upon placing the introductory order, a welcome email will be sent with details of what’s coming and more information about the club.
Please note that by placing the introductory order, enrollment in the club for future 6 bottles shipments of wine is initiated. The option to double the order to 12 bottles is also available. For any queries, reach out to service@firstleaf.com.
Firstleaf Return Policy?
At Firstleaf.club, the satisfaction of customers is guaranteed. If a customer is not satisfied with a bottle received through the club, Firstleaf will provide credit for it (minus shipping), where legal. This satisfaction guarantee allows for a credit if a customer doesn't enjoy the wine. The price paid for the bottle will be credited, where legal, if the customer reaches out to Firstleaf within 30 days of delivery.
However, it's important to note that wine cannot be returned once UPS/FedEx have delivered it. If a package delivery is refused and it is returned to the warehouse, a refund will be processed minus a $25.00 restocking fee. If a shipment came too soon, customers can always push back their next club order.
When an order is returned to Firstleaf, they will reach out via email letting the customer know. Depending on the reason for the return, a customer may be charged a $25 restocking fee. In most cases, Firstleaf is happy to reship the order to members with active accounts.
